Street photography at Bondi Beach is an eclectic mix of people, art, history and the beautiful ocean. The sweeping white-sand crescent of Bondi is one of Australia’s most iconic beaches. Wide open rolling ocean waves draw surfers while, nearby, locals swim in the Icebergs ocean pool year-round as influencers try to grab the perfect photo with its blue hues.
There are a stack of casual cafes with a spot of fine dining thrown into the mix with some very cute boutique shops tucked away in the narrow lanes behind the main beach area. Walkers and joggers use the clifftop Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk with its winding path and dramatic scenery.
What many visitors don’t realise is that just a few kms north or south are some other incredible spots that have less people but just as impressive landscape views.
Tamarama, Bronte, Coogee and Maroubra Beach make up a short stretch of coastline just a short bus trip away from the city to give people more of a taste of Australian seaside living.
