Small business photography IN SYDNEY
Nathan needed photography for his personal training business to use on his website, social media and advertising campaigns.
Northern Group Training start up brand that needed small business photography. Nathan wanted to launch his new brand with a website, new social media profiles and local advertising. This photography session was focussed on created images to build a photo library that Nathan could use for different purposes for his small business whether it was digital advertising, promotional materials and local area marketing.
He knew he could purchase generic stock photos from the various online libraries available, but he wanted to create a more authentic, credible look. So he decided to get professional photography taken of a real training session.
The brief for this business photographer session was to take photos of;
- People taking the training group session.
- Individuals doing doing specific exercise.
- Nathan teaching people.
- A mix of close up and wide angle photos that showed off the incredible training location and people enjoying themselves having a great workout.
While we didn’t win the contract to create the Northern Group Training digital platforms our business photography made a huge impact to how the brand was presented to consumers online.
How can a business use photography?
How Customers search online.
These days Consumers will search online to find suitable businesses in their local area before they call or visit them. It means they are making decisions about your brand by what they see on your website, social media profiles or Google My Business listing.
They will read reviews of course and browse your recent social media posts to get an idea of what you do but ultimately they’ll make a final decision if they feel they can trust you; you create this with great photography.
Customers will be looking at;
- Whether the photos of your business are real.
- Are the photos good quality.
- Do they represent your business in a truthful way.
- Do the photos feel like they have been bought or copied from Google
Businesses who don’t do a good job presenting themselves online simply won’t get considered during a Customer’s research phase.
